Tresata invests $2.5M in Davidson College's entrepreneurial scene
by Caroline Hudson
The Hurt Hub@Davidson, a $6 million project, opened about six months ago in the former Davidson Cotton Mill on Delburg Street. Along with nearly 7,500 square feet of coworking space, the Hub also features the Van Deman Innovation Lab, a space for students to explore data analytics and virtual reality.
Tresata's investment includes access to the firm's data analytics software and analytics courses through TresataACADEMY. It also comes with a dedicated space called the Tresata Analytics Factory at the Hub.
The Hurt Hub@Davidson and Tresata can collaborate on teaching students how to leverage data analytics.
