BIT Acquisitions, LLC, a local development group, held their official groundbreaking ceremony today at Ramah Executive Park located at Ramah Church Road and Seagle Drive in Huntersville, North Carolina.
Ramah Executive Park will offer Lake Norman and its surrounding areas, business office spaces and flex warehouse suites.
“When BIT Acquisitions LLC purchased the parcel, they wanted to offer our community something that isn’t available to small or medium sized business owners,” said Kristen Ingram a commercial real estate broker with G Brokerage. “The group also wanted to move their business from Brookshire Boulevard into Ramah Executive Park.”
BIT Acquisitions LLC has teamed up with Sitetec Construction and G Brokerage Commercial Real Estate Firm to create and market this flexible business park.
“My husband and I live in Huntersville; this is our community and we wanted to bring well designed options for office and warehouse spaces that helps support local businesses. We believe Ramah Executive Park is a great addition to the commercial space available in Huntersville,” said Ingram.
Ramah Executive Park consists of three buildings, 26 suites, 52,000 square feet total. Suite sizes range between 2,000 – 2,100 square feet. The ceiling height for each building is 20 feet, with most units offering roll up doors. You may also choose to combine units for larger spaces if needed.
